Experience the many eateries nearby including Rick Steins Restaurant and Pool Bar, Bannisters Pavilion, Pilgrims, Tallwood Eatery, Cupitts Winery, Twiglow and many more.
For your golfing needs, the Hilltop or Mollymook Golf Course are both nearby and for extra activities you can climb Pigeon House Mountain (the view from the top is amazing), choose from one of the many bushwalking trails, pick berries from the Clyde River Berry Farm (December & January – depending on Covid), enjoy all the local water sports including surfing/surfing lessons, snorkelling, hire a stand up paddle board or simply have fun in the Bogey Hole at Mollymook Beach. Take in the magical view from the Warden Head Lighthouse in Ulladulla which is the perfect location to watch passing whales during their migration. For the rainy days there is Funland, movies and Ten Pin bowling in Ulladulla. Not to mention the many quality massage studios and beauticians for pampering.
The Villa - This gorgeous and light filled villa has everything you need. Modern and tastefully presented, the villa features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a single garage, internal laundry and a tiled combined lounge, dining and kitchen leading out to the spacious courtyard.
The ultra comfortable recliner lounge suite allows you relax in your home away from home, which is accompanied by downlights and a ceiling fan. The spacious and well-equipped kitchen is filled with loads of natural light and offers a breakfast bar and dishwasher (located adjacent in the laundry). Security doors allow the summer breeze through the villa and there is new split system air conditioning.
All our bedrooms are carpeted, with a queen and television in the main bedroom, a queen in the second bedroom and third bedroom includes a bunk bed (double at the bottom and single at the top) as well as a single bed and trundle.
The oversized courtyard runs the whole length of the villa and is fully fenced so the perfect area for kids to play. There is also a six-seater outdoor setting, Weber BBQ and your own clothesline.
This is the perfect place to stay for all age groups. There are only four villas in this peaceful complex and no common walls.
This property does not provide personal linen - sheets, towels, tea towels. You are able to hire linen when booking, which will be delivered to the property prior to your arrival.
