Bella Coastal Property has a strict no party policy. All guests must be over the age of 21 when booking this property, or accompanied by a parent/guardian.
The property is self-contained however it is not serviced. Linen is not supplied, please bring your own or linen hire can be arranged by contacting South Coast Linen Hire directly.
Guests are required to bring all personal and pantry items.
Please note that all off our properties require a Pre-Authorisation form completed prior to arrival. This will be emailed to you.
