Bella Coastal Property has a strict NO PARTY POLICY. All guests must be OVER the age of 21 when booking this property or accompanied by a parent/guardian.
-Please note that we do require a security bond of $500 for this property. This pre-authorisation of $500 is placed on your card the day before your arrival and is held for 7 days. -
The property is self-contained however it is not serviced. Linen is NOT supplied, please bring your own or linen hire can be arranged by contacting Karen from Aroma Linen Hire on 0401 284 046.Guests are required to bring all personal and pantry items. (Basic pantry items are provided)
