Welcome to Neptune 's at Manyana,
Manyana Beach runs from Manyana Village to Cunjurong Point and Green Island. This beautiful coastline is great for surfing, paddle boarding, snorkelling and fishing. Walk or cycle to explore the many other stunning locations such as Cunjurong Point and Bendalong.
Neptune 's at Manyana is the perfect place to unwind and relax after a morning exploring or a day at Manyana beach (5 min walk from the house). With its relaxed style and natural light you will instantly feel at home. Neptune 's is both practical and comfortable with open plan living modern furnishings and a fully equipped kitchen. The elevated outdoor entertaining space has a large dining table and gas BBQ.
The house is on two levels. There are three bedrooms on the upper level. Two of them have queen beds and the other has 2 singles. Upstairs, there is a two-way bathroom with a shower and toilet, as well as a second toilet. Downstairs you will find another bedroom with a Queen bed, another living area with 2 single trundle beds up one end and a bathroom. An internal door leads to a double garage where you can play table tennis, foosball, darts and store your toys (surfboards, paddle boards, bikes, skateboards etc) or even park your car.
Close by is a playing field with a half pipe and a tennis court, which is also a popular hang for the local kangaroos!
This property supplies complimentary Wi-Fi and linen making this your fully serviced getaway destination, arrive with nothing to do but unpack and enjoy. Just don 't forget to pack your beach towels.
Other things to note:
Manyana is a small coastal village with limited shopping facilities. Basic supermarket items can be purchased nearby at Bendalong General Store. However, we recommend shopping before you arrive or shop online at Woolworths as they deliver to the area.
We provide a few essentials to get you started, including toilet paper, a dishcloth, dishwashing powder, garbage bags and some cleaning supplies.
This house is set up with families in mind. Comfortably sleeping 10 people, it is perfect for two small families or one large family to comfortably holiday together. The house is limited to a booking of 8 adults plus children. Neptune 's is a family rental property. We don 't accept bookings for events, parties, 'schoolies ', under 21 y/o groups, bucks parties or similar sorts of bookings. We are located in a quiet neighbourhood with neighbours living in surrounding properties. We kindly ask you to limit noise after 10pm.
-Please note that the main living area and kitchen is on the upper level, which can be accessed via a gentle ramp from street level, or via an internal spiral staircase. The internal spiral staircase is located in the laundry and may require young children to be supervised going up and down.
Please note this property does NOT permit pets.
