This Lake house is where great childhood and family memories are made.
This property has lake access from your back door with its own private jetty. You can try your luck at fishing or relax and read a book whilst listening to the kids have the time of their lives.
Take a short 2km stroll to the beach and build a sand castle or stay and watch the sunset on the horizon.
Grab a bite to eat or a game of barefoot bowls at the local Lake Conjola Bowling club located just around the corner. This property has everything you need for that great getaway including fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Air conditioning in dining room, wood fireplace, gas BBQ with lake views and more.
A small amount of firewood will be provided to start you off, once this wood has been used, guests are required to supply their own firewood. Bags of firewood can be purchased from the Lake Conjola Liquor and general store, just down the road from this property.
The property is self-contained however it is not serviced. Linen is not supplied, please bring your own or you are most welcome to hire linen, if you contact Scott at South Coast Linen Hire, he will be able to assist you.
Guests are required to bring all personal and pantry items. (Minimal basic pantry items are provided)
Bedroom 1 - Queen and Single bed, Ceiling Fan, Shower, Toilet and vanity
Bedroom 2 - Double bed
Bedroom 3 - Queen bed, Ceiling fan, oil heater
Bathroom 1 - Bath, Shower, Toilet and vanity with a hairdryer for guests use.
Bella Coastal Holidays has a strict no party policy. All guests must be over the age of 21 when booking this property. Or accompanied by a parent/guardian.
Please note that all of our properties require a Pre-Authorisation form completed prior to arrival. This will be emailed to you.
