The owners of this great family home are opening their doors for you to enjoy it as much as they do.
This property consists of five bedrooms. Three bedrooms are upstairs. One bedroom has a King size bed, another has a Queen size bed and the third bedroom has two Single beds. Also on this level, there are two stunning bathrooms (one has a bath) and (one has a separate WC).
Upstairs there is also a dining area that runs onto a large lounge with a combustion fireplace. There is a large television and Wave CD player as well. The kitchen is very well appointed and includes a dishwasher and microwave. The north-facing back deck, that overlooks a park/grass common, runs off this general area. A BBQ sits on the deck as well.
Downstairs you will find a further two bedrooms. One bedroom has a Queen bed and the other has two Single beds. This floor includes another fantastic bathroom and laundry area. In addition, there is one more large, sunny living rooom with a television and library.
It is an easy stroll out the back to Cormorant Beach, just one of the many unspoilt beaches in the area.
Bawley has a number of beaches for you to enjoy. So, depending on the weather you can always find a great spot for a swim, walk, jog, surf, paddleboard, snorkel, kayak or fish.
Bawley Point is set between the Coast, State Forest and Crown land. It is renowned for its beautiful beaches, national parks, wildlife, and general peace and quiet. Just as the kangaroos and local birdlife!
Bawley offers a cafe on Murramarang Road, a small shopping centre with an IGA and other specialty stores. Kioloa (6.5kms south) offers similar conveniences.
Go for a drive out of Bawley and the south coast is your oyster to explore.
